What Will You Work On:
- Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs, including architecture design, technical specifications, and integration strategies.
- Lead the technical direction and architectural design of Salesforce implementations, guiding developers and ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring data consistency, security and optimal performance.
- Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards, best practices, and governance to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and user experience within the Salesforce environment.
- Create comprehensive documentation of solutions and provide training and support to users and team members.
What You Bring:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce products to develop business solutions
- Proven ability leveraging analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in programming languages (Apex, JavaScript, SQL, etc.), integration tools, and data modeling
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree completed
- Preferred Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, etc.
- Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices related to Salesforce
- Experience agile project methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with experience interacting directly with business teams.
