Requirements & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working with Salesforce platforms.
- Minimum of 3 Salesforce certifications, such as:
Salesforce Administrator
Sales Cloud Consultant
One or more of: CPQ / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience with business process modeling and analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
