Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Organize and maintain client records and documentation
- Assist with data entry and preparation of tax documents
- Coordinate with CPAs and tax preparers to ensure timely workflow
- Handle scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during tax season
- Experience with tax software (e.g., Drake, UltraTax, or similar) is a plus
Schedule:
- Flexible hours available January through April.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends during peak season
