Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Tech Lead

Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite, Monday-Thursday)

Duration: 12-Month Contract (Potential for Extension/Conversion)

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft's AI ecosystem.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional who combines deep Dynamics 365 CRM expertise with modern AI and Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will drive architecture decisions, mentor development teams, and deliver innovative business solutions powered by Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Copilot.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure initiatives.
• Design and implement custom Copilots and AI agents using Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services.
• Develop and oversee Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, plugins, workflows, and Web API solutions.
• Lead development of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Establish engineering best practices for code quality, security, performance, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and provide technical leadership to development teams.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Support enterprise-scale deployments and production operations.

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of software engineering and enterprise application development experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven experience leading enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, XRM Framework, OData, and Web APIs.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira.
• Master's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure OpenAI Service and Azure AI Services experience.
• Enterprise conversational AI and virtual assistant development.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agent orchestration, and AI solution governance.
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel experience.
• Experience with identity management, data protection, observability, and platform governance.
