JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Vertafore Sr. Content Analyst, you will be instrumental in the ongoing success of the top Connectivity products within the insurance industry. Our Sr. Content Analysts work with our carrier partners on business decisions in order to achieve desired outcomes while focusing on the build out of additional inventory to create more choice for our valued agents. In addition, you will make decisions to guide our entire development staff to make sure the completion of the solution meets the carrier/product standards. This is a fast paced, ever changing environment. We continually challenge ourselves to exceed objectives, remove barriers, meet crucial deadlines, and maintain multiple projects, all while pioneering ways for efficiency with a team player attitude.
Core Requirements and Responsibilities:
Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

You will actively participate in recurring project meetings with team members and clients.

You will maintain new and maintenance development with day to day coordination between team members & carrier.

You will maintain and share advanced understanding of how the industry operates, how our customers use our various products and how they could use them to fit their specific business needs.

You will use available tools to provide project tracking, documentation, and status and will maintain and share advanced knowledge of ACORD standards, JSON, API, and other forms of mapping.

You will ensure timely and effective delivery of the solution from one phase to the next.

You will analyze data to develop detailed, comprehensive business specs to include carrier and product requirements.

You are adaptable to changing priorities and have the ability to quickly get things done and “figure out more complex issues” with minimal requirements and guidance.

You will train and mentor others on analyst process.

Advanced knowledge of Insurance Industry

Experience in Microsoft Excel
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
2 years of experience, preferably with business and data analysis for web-based software
Additional Requirements and Details:

Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Located and working from an office location.

Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds.
