You'll be backed by a strong brand, proven sales systems, and a high-performing team that wants you to win.If you're confident in person, comfortable being on the move, and motivated by results, this role offers real earning potential and career growth.What You'll DoOwn and grow a defined sales territory Build relationships with property managers, restoration contractors, real estate professionals, and insurance contactsServe as a trusted advisor for clients needing environmental testing services (asbestos, mold, lead, bacteria, etc.)Prospect and generate new business through office visits, site visits, industry events, trade shows, and daily face-to-face outreachQualify opportunities by understanding client needs, timelines, budgets, and competitive landscapeManage your pipeline from first contact through close, while consistently adding new prospectsPrepare and deliver tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close dealsFollow up with existing clients to identify upsell and repeat business opportunitiesStay current on market trends and clearly communicate what sets Vert Environmental apartCollaborate with the sales team, share best practices, and contribute to team growthParticipate in sales meetings, trainings, and industry eventsHelp onboard and mentor new sales representatives as the team scalesWhat We're Looking For2 years of field / outside sales experience, including face-to-face client meetings, site visits, or territory managementProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsComfortable with local travel as part of your daily routineStrong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skillsExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
