We are hiring a Warehouse Lead for a 3PL logistics company in Grand Prairie. This full-time, temp-to-hire role offers steady hours, and a chance to get hired on long-term.
You’ll work with a small team of 4, run day-to-day warehouse operations, and operate a sit-down forklift. This warehouse moves at a steady pace—quality and organization are key to success in this role. You’ll also work directly with the client, so customer service and attention to detail are important.

Warehouse Lead Job Duties:
- Pick and pack orders according to client requirements
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure a clean and safe workspace
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Warehouse Lead Requirements:
- 1 years of warehouse experience
- 1 years of sit-down forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
