Team Lead

Team Lead Duties:
o Delegate daily tasks to team members
o Monitor operations and prepare end-of-shift reports
o Address workflow issues and support continuous improvement efforts
o Assist the Supervisor and step in during their absence
o Support a safe and organized work environment

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Team Lead Requirements:
o Previous experience in a Lead or supervisory role
o Experience working with SAP or WMS systems
o Basic computer skills
o Strong communication and leadership abilities
o Ability to analyze processes and improve efficiency
