Staffing Specialist Job Description:
Fill client job orders quickly and effectively- Recruit, interview, and match candidates to the right opportunities
- Conduct onboarding and prepare employees for day one success
- Perform quality control check-ins (calls onsite visits)
- Generate talent through calls, texts, social media, and referrals
- Keep talent pipelines organized and ready to go
Staffing Specialist Job Requirements:
2 current years of customer support customer facing role- 1 year in a leadership role
- Comfortable performing to metrics
- Ability to coach direct employees
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: DOE
