Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Production Team Member Duties:
- Perform general production tasks such as stacking, sorting, and packaging materials
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Assist with machine operation and material setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and support team production goals
Schedule:
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm
- 3rd Shift: 11pm-7am
- including weekends and overtime as needed
Pay:
$22
Production Team Member Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing throughout the shift
- Basic math skills and ability to read measurements (tape measure)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience
