Aerospace Packer Role
A well-established aerospace manufacturer in Everett is hiring Packers to help prepare and package finished aircraft parts for shipment. No aerospace experience is required, just reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with structured training and long-term growth opportunities.
Job Duties
- Prepare and package finished aerospace parts according to detailed specifications
- Use proper PPE and follow handling procedures to protect parts from damage
- Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and any visible defects before packaging
- Label, wrap, and organize parts for shipment
- Complete production and shipping paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay
- 1st Shift: $20.77/hr
- 2nd Shift: $20.77 10% shift differential = $22.85
Requirements
- At least 6 months of recent experience in a production, warehouse, or packing environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic math and reading skills
