A company that makes chocolate goods and delicacies has an exciting opportunity for a Contingent Onsite Supervisor to support our temporary workforce at their production facility.

Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule:
- Day and night shift coverage as needed
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule based on production needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in temporary employees at the start of each shift.
- Verify employees are scheduled and assigned correctly for the day.
- Ensure all associates are food safety and GMP compliant before entering production.
- Confirm employees are clocked in and ready to begin work.
- Escort employees to their assigned department and introduce them to supervisors as needed.
- Serve as the main point of contact for contingent employees throughout the shift.
- Assist with attendance tracking, shift updates, and basic documentation.
- Communicate staffing needs, attendance issues, or concerns with the recruiting and management teams.
- Help create a positive onboarding experience while ensuring client expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable walking the production floor and interacting with employees throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work both day and night schedules.
- Previous staffing, supervisory, manufacturing, or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices is a plus.
