What You'll Do
- Proactively develop new business through outbound calls, emails, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while growing existing customer accounts.
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and complete day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Learn Piedmont Plastics' products and become a trusted resource for customers.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
- Proven ability or eagerness to develop and close new business.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Inside/Outside Sales, customer service, or account management experience is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial distribution, or plastics is a plus, but we're willing to train the right individual with the drive to learn.
