Job Summary:
In this role, you will assist with moving and preparing liquid fertilizer tanks, supporting plant operations, and performing basic maintenance tasks. You’ll work both in the chemical shed and shop areas, ensuring materials are ready for distribution and equipment is maintained.
Job Duties:
- Move and prepare poly tanks containing liquid fertilizer for transport
- Assist with order preparation and shipment readiness
- Perform basic maintenance on tanks and equipment
- Use hand and power tools to complete daily tasks
- Support general plant operations in both indoor and outdoor environments
Pay:
$19.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM start
- 10–12 hour days (6–8 hours during rain conditions)
Experience or Skill Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or outdoor labor preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Strong attendance and reliability (required)
- Comfortable working around chemicals and in physically demanding environments
- Basic maintenance or welding experience is a plus (not required)
