Utilizing various metal materials, you would be supporting the crafting and assembly of different components that meet specific aircraft requirements.
This Temp-to-Hire Customer Service Representative position offers great opportunities for growth within the organization and an ideal Monday–Friday schedule—you’ll be off by 3:00 p.m. daily! When overtime is available, it happens before your regular shift, so no late nights. Upon permanent hire, you’ll enjoy great benefits and long-term stability in a thriving industry.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Receive certifications from vendors, make copies, and pull work orders
- Scan and upload documents accurately
- Verify documentation on work orders for next steps
- Write and process purchase orders for subcontractors
- Assist in purchase order workflow
Schedule:
- Day Shift
- Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Pay:
- $21.00–$24.00 per hour
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent longevity in a customer service role
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk as needed
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Access
- 30 words per minute for data entry
- Work experience with SAP or ERP systems
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in English
