A local global aerospace company has direct-hire CNC job openings available on their Day, Swing & Night shift teams. With more new machines coming adding to the already large production floor of over 30 machines across mill, lathe and Swiss, they're are needing setup and operator's to support with the growth!

Pay: $20–$29.00 per hour DOE
- Plus shift differentials on 2nd and 3rd shift
Schedule- Monday - Friday work days, 3 shift options. Flexible start times!

Job Duties:
- Either Set Up or Operating CNC machines
- Performing in-process quality inspections and using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Supporting Lean and 5S practices across the production floor
- Assisting in meeting KPI goals: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Cost
Requirements:
- Experience can range from newly certifications received or tenured 3-5 years experience.
- Experience with tight tolerances and precision measurements
- Familiarity with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machines.
- Swiss experience highly beneficial but also able to train, learn from the best!
- Strong understanding of shop safety and quality assurance standards
