Job Type Full-Time, Direct Hire
Job Duties As a Bilingual Staffing Specialist, you will:
- Interview and onboard candidates
- Match candidates to job opportunities based on qualifications and interests
- Communicate with candidates and clients by phone throughout the day
- Perform reference and background checks
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $18–$25 per hour, plus bonus opportunities
Bilingual Staffing Specialist Requirements
- 1 years of lead or supervisory experience in customer service or sales
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation to visit client sites as needed
