We are looking for a leader to serve as Area Director. You will have the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive culture of safety and well-being. You'll champion clear communication, support staff development, and provide impactful strategies for new and existing clients.
You will:
- Craft strategic service plans to elevate branch performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing and motivated sales team.
- Support and development of staff members and clear communication of branch processes.
- Manage competing priorities and make impactful decisions.
- Provide strategy and support for new and existing clients.
- Champion a culture of safety that prioritizes team well-being
- Hold teams accountable to hit fulfillment goals.
You have:
- Extensive experience in senior leadership role with a track record of success
- Ability to problem solve, delegate, and motivate teams.
- A vision for the success of your team by fostering a supportive and driven work environment.
- High level of customer service and account management skills
Compensation
Base salary $95,000- $120,000 with unlimited bonus potential
