We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and merchandising.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Oversee recruiting processes, including interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Manage payroll processes and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to optimize stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and cash handling duties.
- Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Experience
- Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager is essential.

- Familiarity with retail math concepts, inventory control systems, and merchandising techniques is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
