- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration workflows using modern tools and programming languages (Python, SQL, RESTful APIs).
- Architect and implement centralized data environments to unify data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, marketing, and digital platforms).
- Develop APIs and data pipelines that support both real-time and batch data processing between internal and external systems.
- Optimize data models and workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and governance across all environments.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD practices, infrastructure-as-code, and automated monitoring for data workflows.
- Evaluate and recommend modern data tools and technologies that improve integration, automation, and analytics capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8 years of experience in data engineering, integration, or system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and RESTful API development.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud-native tools (ADF, Glue, dbt, Airflow, etc.).
- Proven experience designing and building large-scale data integration frameworks.
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data security and compliance practices (GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with data warehousing and analytics platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) is a plus.
