Roles & Responsibilities
- Directly oversee production for product line
- Work with engineers and design team on new products and processes
- Coordinate and schedule workflow for staff
- Collaborate and work closely with quality control
- Monitor time by job details and manage accordingly
- Propose strategies and ideas for cost reduction and process improvement
- Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance
- Manage employees on team
- Additional responsibilities and/or projects as needed
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Leader, team orientated
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Problem-solving approach and initiative-taking thinking
- Able to analyze data
- Personal initiative to follow through with tasks until completion
- Manufacturing experience in the same or similar industry (Automotive)
- SolidWorks experience is a plus
