(Internal) Marketing Associate

As the Marketing Associate, you'll report to the Sr. Marketing Specialist and work closely with the corporate services team. This role covers a broad range of marketing functions including event support, social media management, content creation, and more. This is a small team with a big scope. You'll get hands-on experience across nearly every facet of marketing and play a real role in establishing Versique as the top recruiting firm in the Twin Cities.

Location: St. Louis Park, MN

Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely Monday and Friday while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary Range: $60 - $65k

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and distribute internal marketing materials
• Create and manage branded presentations
• Implement and manage company social media strategy and accounts
• Write and create blogs and company content
• Help plan, organize, and execute events
• Manage and organize sponsorships
• Assist with website content creation, strategy, and distribution
• Ad hoc marketing projects as needed
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or a related field
• 1 years of hands-on marketing experience with content management, copywriting, or professional social media management
• Experience with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Marq
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with WordPress is a plus
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus
• Event coordination experience is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication
