The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a variety of professional, technical, and operational positions. This role will partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiting team members to manage interview processes, candidate experience, hiring decisions, and offer execution. The ideal consultant is organized, responsive, and experienced working in fast-paced environments with multiple open requisitions.
Worksite Location: Onsite – Arden Hills, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate $40-50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities across multiple open positions
- Partner with sourcing teams and hiring managers to move candidates through the hiring process
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Facilitate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth recruiting experience
- Guide candidates through hiring and offer stages
- Partner with hiring leaders on candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
- Maintain ATS records and recruiting documentation
- Build relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruiting process
- Support recruiting process improvements and hiring initiatives as needed
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, or technical roles preferred
- Strong candidate management and stakeholder partnership skills
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruiting workflows
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Experience working with ATS platforms; UKG experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite, team-oriented environment
- Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities
