Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized engineering and technical positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates
- Build targeted talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand technical requirements and business priorities
- Conduct candidate screening, assessment, interview coordination, and offer management
- Source talent across multiple geographic markets and industry sectors
- Provide market intelligence and competitive talent insights to hiring managers
- Develop relationships with highly sought-after engineering professionals and industry networks
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate data within ATS platforms
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong emphasis on engineering and technical talent
- Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals
- Experience recruiting within regulated product development environments preferred
- Familiarity recruiting for hardware, embedded systems, firmware, software, cloud, IoT, quality, validation, testing, or related engineering disciplines
- Strong sourcing and networking capabilities, with the ability to engage passive candidates
- Ability to understand complex technical skill sets and communicate effectively with engineering leaders
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Experience recruiting for medical device, healthcare technology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or similarly complex engineering organizations is highly preferred
