What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interim Organizational Change Manager position at Versique Executive, Professional & Interim Recruiting?
The Interim Organizational Change Management Consultant will develop and execute change management strategies to support a plant transformation within the organization. Working closely with the Change team and other leaders, this consultant will lead stakeholder analysis, risk assessments, and training and communication plans to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires experience in organizational design, talent assessment, and navigating complex change in manufacturing environments.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Travel to WI site as needed for milestone deliverables
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $65–$85, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deploy change management methodology, tools, and processes on moderate to complex projects
- Develop change strategies and plans that drive adoption of new processes, technology, roles, skills, and behaviors
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, organizational impact assessments, and change readiness evaluations
- Identify risks, barriers, and mitigation strategies to maximize project success
- Support managers and business teams in building transition plans to achieve the desired future state
- Develop training and communication plans to ensure employees are prepared for change
- Act as a liaison between project teams, business groups, and Human Capital to integrate new requirements
- Monitor progression of change readiness and implement targeted interventions as needed
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in organizational development or change management
- Experience leading change initiatives in manufacturing or plant environments, including process and technology changes
- Strong understanding of stakeholder management, risk assessment, training, communication, and adoption strategies
- Proven ability to implement human-centered change management methodologies and frameworks
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Ability to travel to plant sites as needed for project milestones and team engagement
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset
