- Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, analysts, and DataOps professionals.
- Establish data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data architecture and cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Manage data quality, security, and lifecycle across all platforms.
- Drive adoption of best practices in data engineering, analytics, and DataOps methodologies.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance data capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, and leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with machine learning, AI, and predictive analytics.
- Knowledge of modern DataOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to drive cultural change towards data-driven decision-making.
