We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our dealership and service department running smoothly by maintaining the appearance of our inventory, organizing the lot, and assisting both the sales and service teams with daily operations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and showroom.
- Wash, vacuum, fuel, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery and display.
- Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership, service department, and storage areas.
- Ensure inventory is properly parked, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Perform daily lot walks to inspect vehicle appearance, tire pressure, battery condition, and cleanliness.
- Assist with receiving new inventory, checking in vehicles, and preparing them for sale.
- Shuttle vehicles between departments, vendors, customer locations, and DMV appointments as needed.
- Install license plates, dealer plates, window stickers, and other vehicle accessories.
- Help keep the dealership, service drive, and customer parking areas clean and organized.
- Assist the sales and service departments with miscellaneous tasks and errands throughout the day.
- Report any vehicle damage, maintenance concerns, or lot safety issues to management immediately.
- Represent the dealership professionally while interacting with customers and vendors.
Qualifications
- Automotive experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining vehicle appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
