What You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions
Within your first year, you will have the opportunity to:
- Own a portfolio of Verse Partners, managing onboarding, performance, expansion, and issue resolution.
- Drive accountability across external teams to ensure partners meet key operational standards and metrics, even though they don’t report to you directly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships, ensuring alignment and mutual success.
- Drive increased output from our partners by investigating and resolving systemic issues with either our partners’ or Verse’s processes.
- Improve our team’s efficiency by identifying resolving systemic bottlenecks in our processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Engineering and Product teams to resolve issues and roll out long-term process and product improvements.

Core Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years in a fast-paced customer-facing role that blends relationship management and analytical problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, a resourceful problem solver, and can manage multiple work streams, accounts, and competing priorities.
- Comfort working in a phone-driven environment and engaging directly with external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and form actionable insights about partner performance.
- Skilled at combining quantitative analysis with qualitative feedback to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions.

- Meaningful Compensation: $84,000-$135,000 base salary
