Versaux Home & Commercial Cleaning is seeking dependable, detail-oriented part-time Cleaning Technicians to serve residential and commercial customers throughout Lynchburg and surrounding areas.
This position combines regularly scheduled and on-call assignments. Work may include homes, offices, churches, apartment turnovers, move-in/move-out cleanings, and other commercial facilities. Daytime, evening, and occasional weekend availability may be needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Cleaning glass, mirrors, countertops, and high-touch surfaces
- Completing residential, commercial, and turnover-cleaning checklists
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Reporting damage, supply needs, or customer concerns
- Arriving on time and maintaining professional communication
- Traveling to customer locations throughout the service area
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning checklists
- Cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds
- Smartphone with reliable phone and text access
- Professional appearance and respectful attitude
Pay: $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience
