Your impact
- Identify and develop new B2B leads; qualify prospects and convert them into active accounts
- Deliver weekly reports detailing opportunities and projects for the Inside Sales Manager
- Own day-to-day account stewardship—from set-up to problem resolution
- Process orders and samples; respond quickly to phone and email inquiries
- Share responsibilities in call queues to ensure fast customer support
- Take on special assignments and projects assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
- Maintain strong product knowledge of Versatrim and competing solutions
- Schedule and conduct account meetings or product presentations as needed
- Track activities and keep Salesforce records complete and current
- Foster collaborative relationships with peers and customers
- Meet or exceed quotas and all defined KPIs
- Partner with other departments to improve sales execution
- Support off-site trainings and shows when needed (expenses paid)
- Cross-train to assist any customer segment as needed
- Self-starter with strong follow-through

- Comfortable taking direction and executing consistently
- Experience in flooring/trim or broader building products sales preferred
- Strength in account management and account growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment
- Adaptable learner able to pick up new processes and support other teams
- Relationship development expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work within the US
- Prior sales experience is a plus
