Versatile is hiring a CNC Operator to run and maintain CNC machines producing components for custom millwork, cabinetry, and commercial furniture.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and set up CNC machines to produce wood components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job orders
- Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Track production and report issues as needed
- Maintain quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a CNC Operator in manufacturing or woodworking
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
