Sr. NetSuite Administrator / Architect

We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator/Architect to architect, scale, and modernize our NetSuite ecosystem as the backbone of our operations, finance, and digital commerce platforms. This is a highly visible, strategic role for a NetSuite expert who thrives at the intersection of technology, business process optimization, and automation.

In this role, you will own NetSuite architecture, integrations, analytics, and workflow automation—driving efficiency across order-to-fulfillment, warehouse operations, finance, e-commerce, CPQ, and planning. You’ll also lead a small technical team and partner closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership to support company growth and transformation.

What You’ll Do

NetSuite Architecture & Automation

·      Design and maintain a scalable, high-performance NetSuite environment

·      Build advanced workflows, automations, dashboards, and system logic

·      Serve as the roadmap owner for NetSuite modernization and optimization

Order-to-Fulfillment & Operations

·      Automate order processing from SuiteCommerce through fulfillment

·      Implement exception handling, routing, and real-time operational dashboards

·      Improve accuracy, cycle times, and cross-department visibility

Warehouse & Manufacturing Systems

·      Optimize NetSuite or integrated WMS workflows

·      Improve inventory accuracy, bin management, cycle counting, and scanning

·      Enhance pick/pack/ship automation and warehouse KPIs

Finance Systems & AP/AR Automation

·      Implement and integrate AP automation tools (e.g., Bill.com, Stampli, Corpay)

·      Automate invoice intake, OCR, GL coding, AR reminders, and collections

·      Ensure seamless integration of freight bills and vendor invoices

E-Commerce, CPQ & Customer Experience

·      Own SuiteCommerce performance, UX, SEO, and site structure

·      Enhance CPQ functionality (cabinet configurators, pricing, options)

·      Lead analysis for potential e-commerce platform migration (e.g., Shopify)

AI, Analytics & Planning

·      Implement AI-driven automations and internal workflows

·      Lead NetSuite Budgeting & Planning (NSPB)

Own NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) and cross-system reporting

·      Deliver executive-level dashboards and actionable insights

·      Integrations & Data Governance

Own all NetSuite integrations and middleware platforms

·      Design scalable integration architecture and data standards

·      Ensure security, RBAC, audit controls, and compliance best practices

Leadership & Team Management

·      Directly manage IT Admin, Developers, and Website UX resources

·      Establish SLAs, system KPIs, and platform health monitoring

·      Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and roadmap initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 7 years of NetSuite experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Expertise in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, Saved Searches, SuiteCommerce

• Manufacturing or distribution systems experience

Preferred:

• SuiteScript 2.x experience

• CPQ and AI automation experience

• NSPB and NSAW experience

• Strong UI/UX sensibilities
