Versatile Cabinets, LLC is looking for a full-time cabinetry and millwork estimator. We specialize in large quantity commercial casework.
The ideal candidate is reliable, teachable, hard-working, and dedicated to the success of each project. A keen attention to detail is required to ensure the accuracy of project pricing. You will be the first step in the Versatile Cabinets process. Seeking out work and providing accurate pricing is the most essential step to ensuring the profitability of each job.
Job Responsibilities:
· Qualify projects based on provided documents
· Reading and analyzing architectural prints
· Practice takeoff procedure to outline pricing and scope of work
· Create proposal for general contractors
· Field measure to verify dimensions and fit of work
· Work with management team to help manage projects
Qualifications:
· Cabinetry and millwork experience preferred but not required
· Construction or other estimating experience preferred but not required
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Goal oriented, data driven, teachable
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure
· Ability to navigate basic computer programs
· Reliable means of transportation
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
