Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience with cabinetry CNC machinery
• Produce quality parts to pass internal QC standards.
• Maintain an acceptable pace of production to achieve daily production goals.
• Practice and adhere to company protocols for quality control.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Observe all safety policies and procedures.
• Safely operate machines as instructed during in-house training.
• Adhere to prescribed in house machine maintenance.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
• Maintain clear communication with your team and the warehouse.
• Ensure that management personnel are kept informed of all pertinent product or safety issues.
• Work directly with liquid production and shipping department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, and hazardous/loud equipment.
• Willing and able to wear all required job specific personal protective equipment.

Supervision Received

• This position reports to the warehouse manager.

Education

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Required: Valid Driver’s License
• Preferred: Forklift Operators License

Work Hours

• 6AM-4PM (Hours are subject to change)

• Partner Incentive Program: When we call our employees Partners, we mean it! Our partners may earn significant awards for the achievement of budgeted goals and objectives. The forecasted payout is based on the company hitting certain revenue and profit targets.
