CNBC Events is seeking an experienced Audience Growth Manager to lead audience acquisition across our portfolio of premium events, including invitation-only conferences, executive dinners, and paid experiences. This role will be responsible for delivering high-impact, senior-level audiences who drive the success, reputation, and revenue of our events. This position will be providing coverage for six months, starting in July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $75,000-$90,000.

CNBC Events is seeking an experienced Audience Growth Manager to lead audience acquisition across our portfolio of premium events, including invitation-only conferences, executive dinners, and paid experiences. This role will be responsible for delivering high-impact, senior-level audiences who drive the success, reputation, and revenue of our events. This position will be providing coverage for six months, starting in July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end audience development strategy across a portfolio of events, ensuring delivery of high-quality, senior-level attendees aligned with event goals
- Identify, engage, and secure C-suite executives, business decision-makers, and industry influencers for invitation-only and paid events.
- Leverage existing networks and develop new relationships to build a consistent pipeline of high-value attendees.
- Design and optimize multi-channel outreach strategies to maximize conversion and attendance.
- Partner closely with editorial, programming, sales, and marketing teams to align audience targets with content, sponsors, and business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on audience acquisition performance, continuously optimizing based on data and insights.
- 3 years of experience in audience development, event marketing or delegate sales.
- Proven track record of securing high-level attendees (C-suite, business decision makers, thought leaders, etc.) for premium or invite-only events.
- Strong existing network of senior-level contacts and/or demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
- Proficiency with digital tools and project management systems; experience with event management platforms and content management systems (CMS) preferred, along with strong Excel skills for data analysis and audience tracking
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a high-touch, professional approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of what motivates senior executives to attend events and how to position value effectively.
- Commercial mindset with awareness of how audience composition impacts sponsorship and revenue.
- Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally across content, sales, and production teams.
- Passion for media, business news, and live events.
