Job Description
Versant Media’s Investor Relations team serves as a bridge between the company and the investment community and ensures the company’s strategy and financial performance are clearly understood by the investment community. The Investor Relations Analyst will be responsible for assisting the EVP and VP of Investor Relations in the development and execution of Investor Relations strategies. The ideal candidate will be analytical, have superb writing skills an high attention to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Subject to change based on Manager discussion or business need. Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000

Core Responsibilities:
- Collect and summarize market intelligence for senior executives, including the review of Wall Street analyst research, competitors’ news and earnings and other events.
- Track and analyze Wall Street analyst estimates and prepare benchmarking reports to help management understand market perception.
- Assist in the planning and execution of investor meetings, conferences (and other presentations), conference calls and company-sponsored Investor Day, HQ, field meetings and other investor outreach activities.
- Contribute to the production of investor communications including presentation and conference materials; earnings, transaction press releases and supporting materials (including slides, Q A, speeches, scripts and other talking points).
- Conduct investor targeting and shareholder analysis.
- Assist with special Investor Relations projects/studies including guidance analysis and recommendations, disclosure issues (including FD), governance and others as required.
- Help manage the Investor Relations website.
- Contribute to other Investor Relations activities as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related degree is required 1 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research or Investment Banking
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing competing projects and deliverables on tight timelines
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on quantitative analysis
- Knowledge of media industry a plus but not required
- High attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
