Responsibilities
- Produce, create, edit and publish digital videos to support the growth of Versant Entertainment YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Video editing is end-to-end and requires a digital producer/editor to conceptualize an edit, collect all assets, edit the video, add music, sound effects, graphics, and publish with an engaging headline and caption.
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our digital distribution, leveraging data insights to identify audience trends and craft compelling content plans.
- Content Creation: Brainstorm, curate, and optimize video content, overseeing production processes from start to finish to ensure top-notch quality and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant YouTube community through active engagement, hosting live streams, and nurturing positive interactions with our viewers.
- Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of industry trends, experimenting with new formats and technologies to keep our channel fresh and relevant.
- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track channel performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine content strategy for maximum impact.
- BA or BS from a four-year accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience producing news digital video content end-to-end for digital platforms
- Excellent expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects.)
- Digital Native: A deep understanding of YouTube/TikTok/Fandom culture, memes, and online trends is essential
- Creative Genius: Ability to craft compelling narratives and captivating content that resonates with audiences
- Data Enthusiast: Proficiency in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Community Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fostering online communities
- Self-Starter: Proactive attitude with a drive for innovation and continuous learning
- Experience creating or managing YouTube content
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics
- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Must be willing to work in the Los Angeles, CA office.

- Salary range: $24/hr - $28/hr
