Versa-Tags is currently seeking a Die Cut Machine Operator to join our team!
As a Die Cut Press Operator, you will be part of a driven team that works on our variety of Die Cutting Machines. Die Cutting is a tried-and-true method for finishing products to their final shape and size so that they reach the customer's hands with the professional-grade quality they're looking for. Die Cut Machine Operators work with a variety of materials and finishing tools to create a finished product that pops! Our Die Cut Machine Operators are able to work with their hands and think critically to make sure they know exactly how to make a Quality Product with the utmost efficiency and precision.

- Shift: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 6:30am – 3:00pm or 7:30am - 4:00pm
As a Die Cut Press Operator, you will be part of a driven team that works on our variety of Die Cutting Machines. Die Cut Machine Operators work with a variety of materials and finishing tools to create a finished product that pops! Our Die Cut Machine Operators are able to work with their hands and think critically to make sure they know exactly how to make a Quality Product with the utmost efficiency and precision.
What does your day look like?
- Work with a team that is devoted to professionalism and respect to create an unstoppable and positive environment that Ships Quality Products On Time, Every Time.
- Efficiently and accurately set up Die Cutting Machines to create a product that meets registration while using the correct guides, materials, die depth, and material usage.
- Maintain quality and production standards for varying work performed in the Finishing Department to ensure the products you help create are of the highest quality and made efficiently so they reach the customer on time.
- Use Time Clock and Paylocity system to correctly log work performed.
- Work with your team and Supervisor to approve Finishing jobs for registration, materials, dimension, etc.
- Communicate clearly with your Supervisor to provide insight on daily numbers, schedule, and waste so that your department runs smoothly and effectively, while making sure to notify the team when supplies are low.
- Inspect all printed materials for accuracy and quality to determine if they meet the standards expected by the customer and by our team.
- Follow all safety requirements, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job functions related to working with inks or chemicals
- Other duties as assigned
