About The Firm:
A well-established U.S. law firm with a strong reputation in FDA regulatory and life sciences matters. The firm advises a sophisticated client base across the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors, providing practical and strategic regulatory guidance.
The firm is continuing to expand its regulatory practice and is seeking an FDA Regulatory Attorney to support a growing workload and work closely with experienced partners on complex FDA-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on FDA regulatory compliance and strategy
- Supporting product development, approvals, and lifecycle management for FDA-regulated products
- Assisting with FDA enforcement actions, investigations, and regulatory risk management
- Drafting and reviewing regulatory submissions, guidance responses, and compliance documentation
- Working collaboratively with partners and clients to deliver practical regulatory solutions
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of FDA regulatory experience gained within a law firm
- Strong working knowledge of FDA regulations impacting one or more of the following areas: drugs, biologics, medical devices, and/or food and dietary supplements, with depth of experience in at least one category
- Experience advising clients on regulatory compliance and FDA interactions
- Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate partner supervision
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Certifications:
Active admission to at least one U.S. state bar (Washington, D.C. admission preferred but not required)

Salary : $200,000 - $350,000
