The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in white collar defense matters, internal investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, risk management, corporate governance, and compliance counseling. Health care experience including handling state and federal regulatory and compliance matters is a plus.
Applicants must have exceptional subject matter knowledge, strong academic credentials, and the ability to meet competing deadlines, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
