Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to the charge nurse or physician
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and on time
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Document nursing care and resident status accurately in medical records
- Participate in the development and revision of care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Respond promptly to residents’ needs and emergencies
- Educate residents and families on healthcare needs and wellness
