Overview
We’re seeking a skilled remodel laborer to support residential interior remodeling projects. This role focuses on hands-on construction work including flooring, tiling, drywall, and framing within occupied and unoccupied homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and comfortable working across multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior remodeling tasks including flooring installation, tile work, drywall finishing, and framing.
- Assist with day-to-day construction activities on residential remodel projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area on job sites.
- Work collaboratively with a small crew to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in residential remodeling or general construction
- Practical skills in at least some of the following: flooring, tile, drywall, or framing.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions on active job sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
