Job Summary
We're looking for individuals to work alongside the owner this season. This is hands-on, outdoor work. You'll be detailing vehicles start to finish at customer locations across Worcester County and surrounding areas. Every day looks a little different — different cars, different locations, different services. No need for detailing experience we will provide training.
This is not a car wash. The work is detailed, physical, and requires focus. If you take pride in doing things the right way, you'll do well here.
Duties
- Travel to customer locations to perform comprehensive car washes, interior cleaning, and detailing services
- Execute thorough cleaning procedures including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, polishing surfaces, and wiping down exteriors
- Apply buffing techniques to restore vehicle paintwork and enhance shine
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety during all detailing processes
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of services performed and equipment used for each vehicle
- Assisting with paint correction and ceramic coating applications
- Setting up and breaking down equipment at each job site
- Maintaining and organizing all tools, towels, and products
- Communicating professionally with customers on site
Skills

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods
- Must have your own reliable transportation to meet at job sites throughout Worcester County
- Able to perform physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting equipment, and standing for several hours
- Self-motivated — you'll be expected to work independently at times
- Professional and respectful when interacting with customers

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
