The Opportunity: We are seeking experienced Independent Contractors (1099) who take pride in their work. This is an ideal opportunity for cleaners who already have their own setup (supplies/insurance) and want to fill their schedule with consistent jobs without the hassle of finding their own clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional residential cleaning services (standard, deep clean, and move-in/move-out).
• Travel to job sites ranging from Florence to Mesa.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and customer service.
• Communicate effectively via smartphone for scheduling and job details.

Requirements:

• Employment Status: You will be hired as an Independent Contractor (1099).
• Experience: Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred.
• Insurance: Must have your own General Liability Insurance.
• Equipment: Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning solutions, etc.).
• Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Technology: Must have a smartphone with a data plan (for GPS navigation and communication).

As an independent contractor, you will manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality cleaning services tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated spaces
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and debris
• Provide exceptional customer service by respecting client preferences and addressing any special requests or concerns
• Manage your own schedule and appointments efficiently to meet client expectations
• Uphold safety standards and proper use of cleaning products to ensure a safe working environment

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
• Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation, and laundry is advantageous
• Background in custodial work or hotel housekeeping management is a plus
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques is beneficial but not required
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistent quality service
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining reliability and punctuality

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
