You
- 3-8 years full-stack, a 0 -> 1 builder

- you've shipped agents to production, not chatbots
- comfortable when nobody has defined what done looks like
New York, 5 days a week in office. Up to $300K base serious equity. Python and TypeScript, uncapped token budget. Visa transfers fine. short process.
