This is an ideal opportunity for CRNAs who enjoy autonomy, predictable hours, and a supportive clinical environment. You will work in a collaborative anesthesia care team model tailored to the needs of outpatient cases.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform pre-anesthesia patient assessments and formulate safe anesthesia plansProvide general anesthesia, regional blocks (if credentialed), and MAC sedation appropriate for ambulatory proceduresManage airway, hemodynamics, and patient comfort during intraoperative careOversee PACU transition and participate in discharge readiness assessmentsCollaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, and ASC leadership to maintain efficient case flowUphold ASC safety, compliance, and quality standardsQualificationsCurrent Florida APRN license and CRNA certificationPrevious ASC or outpatient anesthesia experience strongly preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independently within a supportive teamExcellent communication, professionalism, and attention to patient safetyCompensation & OfferingsCompetitive compensation packageSign-on bonus offeredOptions for full-time or part-time workW-2 with benefits or 1099 contract availableMalpractice coverage dependent on employment structureWeekday hours with no nights, weekends, or in-house call
