What We're Looking For
Team Lead Requirements:
- Valid Arizona contractor's license (ROC preferred)
- Current general liability insurance
- 3 years of proven roofing installation leadership experience
- Ability to manage and coordinate a crew of 2-4 installers
- Expertise in residential and commercial roofing systems
- Own professional-grade tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation for crew and materials
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in Arizona's climate
Crew Requirements:
- Experienced in shingle, tile, and flat roof installations
- Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Professional work ethic and customer service skills
- Physical capability to perform roofing work in extreme heat
