At Vero Exteriors, we're looking for a second Canvass Manager to build, coach, and lead our East Valley canvassing team. If you've got the hustle to hit numbers yourself and the leadership experience to pull a team up with you, this is where you turn your knowledge into a great paycheck.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of door-to-door canvassers across East Valley neighborhoods (Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe)
- Run daily coaching and morning meetings to keep the team sharp and motivated
- Set daily and weekly appointment targets, then drive the team to hit them
- Assign and manage territories for maximum coverage
- Track lead quality, set rates, and team performance, and report to branch leadership
- Lead from the field, side by side with your crew, not from a desk

Who We're Looking For
- Proven canvasser with 2-3 years of management experience
- Natural motivator who can coach, correct, and celebrate a team
- Organized, reliable, and accountable to the numbers
- Confident communicator who thrives outdoors in Arizona weather
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, not required
