What You'll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for IT hardware, software, and services
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance against SLAs and contracts
- Collaborate with IT leadership to forecast technology needs and align procurement strategy
- Review and approve purchase requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets
- Track and manage software licenses, renewals, and maintenance agreements
- Partner with finance to support budgeting, cost tracking, and invoice reconciliation
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchases, and vendor agreements
- Stay current on market trends, pricing, and emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing models, and cloud services
- Experience with procurement systems and ERP platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
