Compensation:$110,000 Base Salary 10% Annual Bonus

Client Overview:Vernovis is partnering with a growing global organization seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead its AP function during an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading a talented team, improving processes, and supporting upcoming finance system initiatives.
What You'll Do:- Lead and support the day-to-day Accounts Payable team and operations.
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Partner with Finance leadership on upcoming system and process improvement initiatives, including ERP-related projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global business partners to ensure smooth AP operations.
- Help create scalable processes that support the company's continued growth.
- Experience in Accounts Payable with prior leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- A passion for improving processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Exposure to ERP systems or finance technology initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A calm, organized approach and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Experience supporting a global organization or shared services environment.
- Participation in ERP implementations, AP automation, or finance transformation projects.
- Experience with Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP platforms.
